THE RULES OF THE STRUCTURE
We are pleased to welcome you to our facility and invite you to read our internal regulations, the respect and acceptance of which will allow us to guarantee you a pleasant, satisfying and comfortable stay.
The prices indicated for the stay include use of the room, Smart-TV, WI-FI, bathroom and its accessories, supply of towels and sheets.
To receive any type of information about our facility and to make a booking request, you can use the form provided on our site in the appropriate section of the homepage or, alternatively, send an email to the email address info@villoresirooms.com or call 339.33.33.919. We will take care to reply via email, to provide all the details on the arrangements for the stay and/or to confirm the booking after checking the availability of the roomsbfor the indicated period.
Our booking confirmation must be made exclusively by email (never by telephone), we will provide all the data necessary for the payment - to be made by bank transfer or Postepay - 30% of deposit calculated on the total cost of the stay which will be paid, with release of receipt, before the time of check-in.
50% of the deposit will be returned in the event of a possible cancellation of the reservation only if this is communicated (to the email address info@villoresirooms.com) in the period of time ranging from the 14th to the 7th day before the start of the stay. No refund will be due from us in the event that the cancellation request arrives within the 7 days preceding the start of the stay. Furthermore, no type of refund will be due in the event of departure before the times established and previously confirmed in the booking.
Following our booking confirmation, it will be your responsibility to send a copy of a valid identity document (passport, identity card or driving licence) in the following ten days and in any case before the start of your stay in the facility. Otherwise, registration will not be possible and, if in the meantime we have provided the unique access authorization code, we will be forced to disable it and prevent entry. It will be our care to always ensure the processing of personal data according to the regulations governing the matter. It is not allowed to bring people into the structure whose identity document has not been registered.
Within the two days prior to your stay you must have received our email with the access instructions and the relative code; otherwise it will be your honor to contact us and verify the reason for the failure to communicate.
The check-in time is established in the range that goes from 12.00 on the day of the beginning of the stay, but in case of need, if possible, we could extend it.
The check-out time is strictly set at 10.00 on the day of departure, in order to guarantee the next arriving customer to use clean and tidy accommodation. In case of delay in delivering the room, we will be forced to charge the cost of one night in addition to the balance already paid.
Do not leave valuables or effects unattended in the bedrooms, bathrooms or any other common area of our facility. We ask you to always close the doors and windows before going out, first of all for safety reasons, but also for the need to contain the structure's air conditioning costs and respect the environment.
We will not be responsible in the event that there are cases of loss, damage and/or theft of objects left unattended and does not assume any type of responsibility for any damage to persons or things caused by third parties or are caused to third parties. Any damage to the structure or its furnishing elements by the guests must be immediately communicated and compensated.
To comply with hygiene and safety rules and to respond to any health problems of other residents, small or medium-sized pets are allowed to be accommodated in our structure only in two specific rooms and there is a price supplement for cleaning and sanitizing the rooms.
It is forbidden to go around the structure with clothing that could offend the decency of others.
It is forbidden to use stoves for cooking food in the rooms and all our kind guests are requested not to smoke in the rooms.
Cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom every seven days is included and guaranteed in the price of the stay, with change of linen. It will be the care and responsibility of the guests to manage the use of the toilets correctly, avoiding using the toilet improperly instead of the special bins that are conveniently provided in each bathroom. If there is a need to carry out an extra cleaning of the rooms or an extra change of linen, the customer will be charged a surplus on the agreed price.
To facilitate the work of our staff and allow customers to stay in a clean and pleasant environment, we ask you to leave your room every morning at 10.00.
It is not allowed to bring food into the room and we recommend that you turn off any lights that are on and the air conditioning every time you leave.
Our B&B invites its kind guests to follow the rules of the Regulation stipulated according to the indications of public safety to guarantee everyone a peaceful stay. For this purpose, the time slots from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 22.00 to 8.00 are indicated as the hours of silence. In any case, a good behavior must be maintained that at no time of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.
The time of exit and entry from our structure is completely free and guaranteed in full autonomy by the delivery of the unique entry code (which must be kept and not communicated to third parties). It will be the guests' responsibility not to cause annoyance or disturb the relaxation of the other residents, also taking into account the fact that it is not allowed to receive visits from outside or to increase the number of guests accommodated in the room.
